Human Re-engineering (Reingeniería Humana)
Is a method for Human Resources treatment created by Andrés Senlle. Many publications contain the subject since 1985.
- In 1996 the book ‘Human Re-engineering’ was published, Editorial Gestión 2000. Legal deposit B 36.403.1996, so total or partial reproduction is prohibited by the owners of the copyright.
- Human Re-engineering was registred in 1998 on the spanish "Oficina de Patentes y Marcas", with the number 2175880.
The use of the term is authorised only when the name of the author is also said.
To give courses it will be necessary to follow the established programs asking for the relevant authorization.
The concept is not to stop the use of this terminology. On the contrary, we think Human Re-engineering concepts should be universally spread. The general task is to recognise the intelectual work of the author.
